The house, built of tufa stone and adjoining the owners' house, has its own courtyard and garden, planted with trees and flowers, where you can enjoy the mild climate of Anjou at your leisure.

Also on the ground floor, the first bedroom has a double bed, a shower room and separate WC. There are two further bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed and the second with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and separate WC also on this floor.
There is a covered carport for two vehicles, a bicycle shed and a loan bike. So you can look forward to some great cycling along the Loire!
