Ground floor: living room, kitchen/lounge with large central island, linen room with toilet (washing machine, tumble dryer, washbasin and 2nd fridge).

Upstairs, 4 bedrooms with exposed beams:
- one bedroom with a 140cm bed and 2 90cm bunk beds
- a dormitory room with four twin 9cm beds
- two bedrooms with a double bed (140cm)
Two bathrooms with toilet and walk-in shower (180cm and 120cm).

Outside, there is a storage room/games room (shuffleboard, darts, Mölkky, etc.), a garden with a children's garden shed, a petanque pitch (with lights), a table tennis table, football goals, a wooden arbour with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.

Wifi free of charge.
The gîte is heated by a pellet stove on the ground floor and electric heating upstairs.

The gîte is located off the D12, 3.2km from the Saint-Vincent sur Graon water sports centre, 14km from O'Gliss Park, 10km from O'Fun Park and 21km from Longeville-sur-Mer.
