The "Passeur d'eau" in Waulsort
Description
Wallonia's last remaining feryboat can be found in Waulsort !This public service has been in operation since 1871, originally to enable the residents of Falmignoul to catch the train in Waulsort.Out of season, the crossing is made via the Waulsort dam, 500 metres away.
