Centre Saraswati - cours de yoga
Description
From Chalosse in the south of France's Landes region, Marie-France helps you relieve stress and take care of yourself! She graduated from the Centre d'études des yogas traditionnels in Lyon in 1993. In her Landes farmhouse, she welcomes you by appointment for a one-to-one class. Her yoga classes combine relaxation, meditation, reading, breathing exercises and postures. Enjoy a moment of relaxation and well-being.
From Monday to Friday, Marie-France also gives group yoga classes: Mondays at 7.30pm, Tuesdays at 6.30pm and 7.45pm, 2 Wednesdays a month at 5pm, Thursdays at 7pm and 2 Fridays a month at 10am.

She also offers magnetism sessions by appointment.
