This house is situated in the countryside on an enclosed property of 1 hectare, 4 km from the market town of Grosbreuil. The gîte comprises a lounge/living area with TV (2 double beds), a half-open connecting bedroom (1 double bed), a kitchen area, a shower room and a WC. Wifi internet access. Car park.
Access to the gîte via a shared corridor with 1 guest room for 2 people (H85H019916). Shared laundry room (gîte and chambre d'hôtes).
Outside, you can enjoy the shared outdoor areas: unheated indoor swimming pool (5x10m), with waterslide open from 1 May to 30 October, bowling green. A wellness area is also available on request, with a sauna, massage table and relaxing armchair with massage belt. Entrance shared with the guest room (H85H019916).
