In the hamlet of Lesson, house comprising the owner's accommodation and gîte. Former farmhouse, originally a 15th century priory, set in 4000 m² of enclosed grounds. Ground floor: living room/kitchen (pellet stove available on request), lounge, utility room, 2 interconnecting bedrooms with bathroom and separate WC (1 x 160cm bed and 2 x 90cm beds), access to spa/hammam area on request. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with shower room and separate WC (2 twin beds 90), 1 bedroom with shower room and separate WC (1 bed 160).
Garden with trees, garden furniture, barbecue, swimming pool (8x4m) open from mid-June to mid-September, deckchairs. Private outdoor parking, bed linen and towels provided.
Central heating on ground floor and electric heating upstairs included in the price.

In addition: pellet stove in the living room/kitchen: 1 bag of pellets per day offered (if you need more: €11 per extra bag to be paid to the owner). Visitor's tax.
