Gîte La Nilière Étoilée

This gîte, located in Les Achards, is ideal for 2 people.
Charming, in the peace and quiet of the countryside and close to the sea (13 km from Les Sables d'Olonne).

Newly-built (2022), self-contained accommodation adjoining the owners' main house.
It has a private south-facing terrace and garden with views over the countryside and the swimming pool. The garden and terrace are equipped with a barbecue.
There is a private covered and heated swimming pool. The pool is open from 01 May to 15 October and is equipped with counter-current swimming and balneotherapy.

The gîte has one comfortable bedroom with a double bed (baby bed possible). The bathroom has a walk-in shower and toilet.
The living room is the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the region. The kitchen is well equipped, with a dining area and sofa bed. Free WiFi and TV with Netflix subscription included.

Practical information:
- The gîte has ironing facilities, cleaning products and a hoover.
- Smoking is not permitted inside, and pets and parties are not allowed.
- The owners make home-made beer.
