It comprises a living room with open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Sleeps four: 1 double bed (140cm), 2 single beds (90cm) and 1 sofa bed.
Outside, there is a south-west-facing terrace with a pergola, garden table and armchairs, garden furniture and a barbecue.
There is also a garage for storing bikes and surfboards. Private parking spaces.
