Additional charges:
- Electric heating with individual meter reading (0,2302 €/kWh from 01/08/2023).

- For electricity, 8 kWh/day are included in the rental price. Any excess consumption must be paid to the owner on departure (current EDF rate, i.e. from 01/08/2023: HC: 0.1828€/kWh and HP: 0.2460€/kWh).
