Le Clos Sainte Léa – Gîte Doudou

Set in an old farmhouse, this holiday rental has been lovingly renovated by the owners. The gîte sleeps up to 4 people, ideally two adults and children. You enter through the living room, which includes a sitting area with a double bed (140cm), and an open-plan kitchen with dining area. You then enter the separate bedroom with a double bed (160cm), en-suite shower room and separate WC.
On the garden side, there is private parking on the property, as well as a garden area. At the front of the house is a pleasant terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

The house is a stone's throw from the Parc de Beaupuy, where you can enjoy a leisurely stroll, and why not book a show at the Vendéspace.

Two guest rooms are also available: they have a double bed (160cm) with private shower room/WC, and each has its own bathroom and shower.
They are also equipped with fridge, coffee maker, flat-screen TV and hairdryer. There is also a swimming pool area and a garden for sunbathing.
