L'AUBERGE DU PASTEL

In this quiet part of the village overlooking the lake Thesauque, this Auberge will offer you a warm and friendly atmosphere, all their bedrooms are personalised. There is a restaurant, space to unwind, a covered swimming-pool, musculation gym. An ideal place for meals for large groups (banquets, weddings, seminars).

The restaurant is a large room with fireplace, a verandah with view of the garden and swimming pool. For smaller groups there are sitting rooms which also have a view of the garden and swimming pool. The chef will help you discover his specialities and those of the region. Fish which reminds one of Spain (which is nearby), quality cooking which changes according to the seasons and the markets. Ideal for family get-togethers, seminars, banquets (50 to 200 people). Amongst the specialities are: side of beef, Lauragais cassoulet, mariscade (shellfish dish).
