On the edge of the Corniche du Rhône panoramic road, the Gîte Rural is located in the hamlet of La Ferme de Simondon. Cozy atmosphere guaranteed with local stones, warm furniture and an environment close to nature. For 4 to 6 people. RC: large equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, gas hob, kettle-coffee maker-toaster), living room with insert communicating in the 2 rooms and TV (convertible sofa for 2 people), bathroom with WC. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 small attic bedroom with bunk beds. Shaded terrace in front of the gîte.
In the heart of the Ardèche verte region, 15 minutes from Tournon sur Rhone, Ferme de Simondon is an 18th-century hamlet entirely dedicated to hospitality. You'll find donkeys, ewes, lambs and chickens for the pleasure of young and old alike!

Gites, chambres d'hôtes and family campsites are here to welcome you in a friendly, family atmosphere. Panoramic views of the Rhône valley and Vercors, heated swimming pool in season, playgrounds and games room available, departure point for walks.

Grocery-bar on campsite open in season: bread orders in July-August, cold drinks, craft beer, local produce, possibility of buying eggs and vegetables from the garden, etc.

The "La Ferme de Simondon" restaurant welcomes you to share a meal and a convivial moment, in a privileged setting with panoramic views over the Rhône Valley and the Vercors.
