Relaxation and tranquillity in this small detached house with access to 17 hectares of parkland planted with trees and laid out for walks.

Set in a huge park (to be shared with the owners and tenants of the large gîte) where you can stroll in peace and quiet, you will be located 5km from the Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières fishing lake and Saint-Lys, where you will find all the shops and services. This cosy little gîte also has its own private terrace.
The house adjoins the former wine storehouse, which is now empty. This property was divided between the main house, the wine storehouse, the forge and an adjoining farm, and covered more than 70 hectares. It has been in the Levrat family for over 70 years.

Ideally located, 30km west of the historic centre of Toulouse and 17km from the Isle-Jourdain leisure centre in the Gers (swimming, wake-boarding, etc.). Muret, with its Bonnets swimming lake, and the Aqualudia water park are 20km away. Zoo African Safari is 10km away. The La Ramée leisure centre (swimming lake and golf course) is 20km away.

Single-storey gîte: entrance leading to kitchen and dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140x190cm) (1 single bed 90x190cm), shower room with WC. Electric heating. No barbecue. Private parking. Fibre optic internet access.

Minimum 14-night booking. Arrivals/Departures on weekdays between 8.30am and 9am and from 5pm in the evening. 10% discount for 21 consecutive nights or more. Other gîte for 5 people on site.
Please note that, depending on weather conditions, the grass in the park may be high. A gardener may have to cut this grass during your stay, you will be warned.
When you arrive, an outbuilding is being rebuilt and construction machinery may make noise at reasonable hours.
