The ground floor comprises a living room with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a wood-burning stove.
The bathroom is accessed by two steps and includes an old-fashioned bath, shower and WC.
Upstairs, a master bedroom with a double bed and a stone fireplace and a second bedroom with two single beds.

It is ideally located: just a few minutes from the medieval town of Montreuil-Bellay, the last walled town in Anjou, the unusual Château de Brézé and the famous Royal Abbey of Fontevraud.
