Gite La Brignéenne

In the heart of the vineyards and close to the owners' house, the 88 m² Gîte la Brignéenne is on one level, spacious and bright. It comprises a living room with a fitted kitchen and a fireplace, a separate sitting room with armchairs and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 extra people, and two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140x190cm) and a second, adjoining bedroom with a single bed (90x190cm) and a double bed (110x190cm).
A laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher is also available. Separate shower room and toilet.

You will be welcomed by Marie and Henry, a couple of retired winegrowers, both natives of the region, who will be happy to advise you on what to see and discover, as well as the wine estates in the area...

In front of the gîte, part of the courtyard is reserved for you with garden furniture, barbecue, sun lounger, parasol... On sunny days, you can also make the most of the small lawn area of around 60 m².
The owners also give you access to the meadow, garden and more than 4 hectares of vines behind the owners' house. You'll be able to enjoy some great walks right on site!

Doué La Fontaine, the town of roses and its rich troglodyte heritage, is just 10 minutes away. Here you'll find all the services and shops you need on a day-to-day basis, as well as numerous places to visit, discovery trails and cycle routes...
