In the peaceful countryside, come and stay in this 135m² detached house situated in the small hamlet of Linière. With its five bedrooms and spacious living areas, there’s plenty of room for everyone. This holiday rental is ideal for holidays with family or friends.

Outside, you’ll enjoy the large, enclosed 3,200 m² garden with trees, featuring a children’s play area, a pétanque court, a charcoal barbecue, garden furniture and sun loungers…

The house, which is entirely on one level, features a large 40m² conservatory overlooking the garden. It includes table football, a pinball machine (€1 for 3 games), a bar, a fridge, a sound system (connected speaker) and a projector… This lovely, cosy room is ideal for watching television, screening a film from your computer or, for the more ambitious, hosting a karaoke night!

You’ll also find a fully fitted and equipped kitchen leading to the utility room and the toilet. The living room, which is semi-open to the kitchen, features a 140cm flat-screen TV and a bookcase. The sleeping area completes the accommodation with three bedrooms: two with a 140cm double bed and a TV, and a third with two 90cm single beds. Each bedroom has ample built-in storage. The modern en-suite bathroom is fitted with a large walk-in shower, a vanity unit and a heated towel rail.

In an annexe, you’ll find two further bedrooms (the first with a 140 × 190 cm bed and the second with three 90 × 190 cm beds), as well as a disabled-accessible shower room with a shower and toilet.

From this holiday let, you’ll be just 15 minutes away from numerous tourist attractions: Doué-la-Fontaine and the Bioparc, Brissac-Quincé and its castle, Gennes-Val-de-Loire and the banks of the Loire, Louresse-Rochemenier and its troglodyte village…

There are plenty of activities and places to visit in the immediate vicinity, whilst enjoying a peaceful setting in a small hamlet in the countryside. Why not take the opportunity to explore the Angevin vineyards and meet the local winegrowers? Angers and Saumur are also just 30 minutes away.

The large gravel courtyard and garden are enclosed by a gate, and the whole property is fenced.
