Outside, you'll enjoy the large enclosed grounds of 3200 m² planted with trees, children's playground, petanque area, charcoal barbecue, garden furniture, deckchairs...

The house is entirely on one level, with a large 40m² veranda overlooking the garden. Table football, pinball machine (€1 for 3 games), bar, fridge, sound system (connected speaker) and projection system (video projector)... This beautiful, friendly room is ideal for watching TV, projecting a film from your computer or for a karaoke night for the more ambitious!

There's also a fully-equipped kitchen with access to the utility room and WC. The lounge, semi-open to the kitchen, has a 140cm flat-screen television and a bookcase. The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms: 2 with 140cm double beds and television, and one with 2 90cm single beds. Each bedroom has ample built-in storage space. The modern bathroom has a large walk-in shower, vanity unit and heated towel rail.

From this holiday rental, you'll be 15 minutes from many tourist attractions: Doué la Fontaine and the Biopark, Brissac-Quincé and its castle, Gennes-Val-de-Loire and the banks of the Loire, Louresse-Rochemenier and its troglodyte village...

There's plenty to do and see in the immediate area, while still enjoying the peace and quiet of a small hamlet in the countryside. You can also take the opportunity to discover the Anjou vineyards with the winegrowers in the surrounding area. Angers and Saumur are only 30 minutes away.

The large gravelled courtyard and garden are enclosed by a gate and the whole property is fenced.
