Stay in this family gîte with swimming pool, adjoining the owners' house but independent.

On the ground floor, there is a large 36 m² living room with a fitted and equipped kitchen, a comfortable dining area and a lounge with a sofa (which can be used as an extra bed for one person).
Upstairs are the 2 bedrooms: the red bedroom with two single beds, the green bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with washing machine and a separate WC.

A private enclosed courtyard with access to the 1000 m² garden shared with the owners gives you the opportunity to relax and unwind while still being in the centre of town.
You'll also appreciate the outdoor play area (swings, trampoline, etc.) and the above-ground swimming pool.

This gîte is ideally located in Doué-la-Fontaine town centre, so you can explore the town on foot (shops, places to visit). An ideal location too, in the heart of the Anjou region, for exploring the local natural, heritage and gastronomic treasures.

The owners, who are wine-growers, will be happy to show you around the surrounding vineyards and offer wine-tasting sessions.
