The gîte is beautifully situated in the Anjou countryside, in the heart of the Loire-Anjou-Touraine Regional Nature Park, with its famous market-garden valley, Brain-sur-Allonnes forest and its hiking trails, park and ride, summer swimming pool... and plenty to discover in the surrounding area: vineyards, troglodyte caves, the banks of the Loire...

The 40m² living room of the Gîte la Menthe Poivrée will win you over with its wooden beams, tufa stone walls typical of the Loire Valley and other fine materials. The light-filled room opens onto a fitted kitchen and provides access to the outside terrace. To make your stay as comfortable as possible, the owners, who live nearby, provide towels and the beds are made before you arrive. The house is on one level and has two bedrooms, each with its own shower room. Children can enjoy the outdoor swing in the pleasant garden.

The enclosed, shaded outside area is ideal for socialising, with a barbecue, garden furniture, sun loungers and a dining area for your enjoyment.

In summer and winter alike, this is a very cosy gîte to relax in for a few days.
