You arrive via a small courtyard with a garden table and barbecue. The entrance comprises a 10m2 conservatory with space for bicycles and pushchairs. A corridor leads to the entire 76m2 single-storey flat:

- a bedroom with a 140x190cm double bed
- a second bedroom with a choice of two single beds (80x200cm) or a double bed (160x200cm)
- a living room with a sofa bed, connected TV, books and games.
Wi-Fi access is available throughout the accommodation via an independent subscription.
The house is a 5-minute walk from the Loire and the shops in Chalonnes town centre.
