In the peace and quiet of the countryside, halfway between Nantes and Rennes (30 min), renovated former farmhouse adjoining a house. Large 100 m² terrace (east-facing) with courtyard area and enclosed grounds with trees and flowers of 1000 m².

Ground floor: large lounge/living room (wood-burning stove) with open-plan kitchen, shower room/wc, 1 bedroom (double bed 140x190) and relaxation area (sofa bed 140x190) with table football.
First floor: 3 bedrooms (1: 3 beds 90x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190, 3: 3 beds 90x190), shower room, separate WC and shower room with double washbasin.

Facilities included: wifi, DVD player, radio/CD, washing machine, hairdryer, cot/baby chair on request.

Includes: wood, electric heating, electricity and made-up beds.
Optional: bathroom linen.
