The Chef and his brigade revisit the great regional classics. The menu is based exclusively on fresh seasonal produce, with a lunchtime menu and a more elaborate choice in the evening. With seating for around fifty people and two terraces, the restaurant is open to hotel guests as well as to those passing through who enjoy a delicious meal.
