There is a cafeteria for breakfast, Wi-Fi and a caretaker on site. The sleeping area is located on the first floor of the building. For your convenience, bed linen is included and beds are made up on arrival. The building has rooms that can be hired independently on the ground floor, including a refectory that can seat 180 people. It also has a professional kitchen, available at weekends and during school holidays, and a ballroom for 250 people.

Less than 10 minutes' walk away, you can get to the inter-communal summer swimming pool and the Melle Gabrielle trail, which features wooden sculptures and an orienteering trail, as well as the new restaurant and leisure area, "Les Cimes de Courcy". From here, you can take to the forest footpaths, bridleways, mountain bike trails, GR36 and trail courses.
