The Baion Pazo vineyard is divided into eight plots, even with many features in common, have particulariddes terrain, altitude, temperature, soil depth, which give the wine a huge variety of shades and reflect on the uniqueness of the property. Albariño is the only variety grown in the whole plot. A very aromatic white grape of small clusters, delicate and compact, made up of berries and an unmistakable grained gold.
