Hair Salon, Art Gallery and Jewelry Design in the same storefront, located in the awesome neighborhood of the Lower East Side of New York. I was walking by and saw a lot of public going in and out of this small Boutique Salon. I saw even some people drinking outside. Inside a Jazz Trio was playing Summertime. On the walls eclectic art painted in a surreal style by a painter from the Dominican Republic expressing the mechanical influences over the human mind. A Japanese stylist cutting the hair of a female client, while she was enjoying a glass of wine. A small commotion outside attracted everybody to walk outside, with the sound of ringing bells and flashing lights, two big vans pulled up in front of the Salon, one was covered with copper and brass ware, giraffes, turtles, bells, etc., the second van was covered in cameras, disposable cameras and regular cameras. The party continued inside for several hoursand I made a lot of new friends and oh, yes I even had a cool haircut. Only in New York.
