Our restaurant has been handed down from mother to daughter for 5 generations. We, are delighted to invite guests to enjoy fine regional produce embellished by flavours from beyond our shores. Overseas influences are strong, but the hotel is proud of its regional origins and is keen to draw attention to the local heritage and architecture. The building is made of local stone, and the dining rooms seek to prerve the spirit of yesteryear. The vast majority of our ingredients are locally sourced, with meat coming from surrounding farms and vegetables from our own garden.
