Our chef Nicolas Soulier's cuisine is based on traditional French cuisine with a touch of modern cuisine. He uses only fresh ingredients, which most often come from local farms.
Closed at lunchtime on Saturdays, closed on Sunday evenings and on Mondays. From September to June : closed at lunchtime except Fraidays, Saturdays and Sundays. Open every evening. Meals served until 2pm and 9pm. We have a special dining room for groups (for up to 300 guests).
