The hotel and restaurant are run by a Dutchman and an Englishman. Southwestern French cuisine with a personal touch : British, Dutch and even Indochinese influences.
Open every day from June 15th to September 15th, except Wednesday noon. In the low season, closed Sunday evenings and Wednesdays (except for groups of over 4 guests and hotel guests).
