Built by St Étienne and his companions in the 12C and affiliated to the Cistercian order in 1147, the abbey comprises several monastic buildings which house a chapter room, scriptorium, kitchen and dormitory. A fishpond, fountain and the garden of the 12C cloisters may also be visited. No visits on Sunday mornings. Closed on Monday.
Visits: March, November and December: 3.30 pm on Saturday and Sunday.
April: 3.30pm every opening day (school holidays 11am and 3.30pm except Sunday morning)
From May 1st to June 30th and from September 16th to October 31st: 11:00 am and 3:30 pm every opening day (except Sunday morning)
From 1 July to 15 September: 11 a. m.; 3 p. m., 4 p. m. on opening days (except Sunday and morning).
