Gîte Pur Sang au Domaine de la Marchandaie

If you're a lover of French heritage, this 1877 farmhouse will be delighted to welcome you. We're ideally located, in a small commune called Angrie, 35 minutes from Angers and 1 hour from Rennes or Nantes. This town in Maine et Loire (49) is surrounded by 6 départements.

Whether you've come to recharge your batteries, enjoy a large swimming pool or table tennis, explore the countryside or attend local events, our gîtes will meet your need to get away from it all. In the heart of a 5.6-hectare estate, surrounded by numerous animals, a change of scenery is guaranteed. The swimming pool is heated and shared with another gîte (Holsteiner) on the estate, and is open from late May to September. If you like walking and sport, we also offer bicycles for hire.

Make the most of this beautiful countryside and stay connected, as the accommodation is equipped with fibre optic access both indoors and on the terrace or around the pool. You'll be able to take advantage of a high-speed network whether you're teleworking or enjoying your leisure time.

With a capacity of up to 6 people and a surface area of 63 m², the Pur-Sang gîte on the ground floor has 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 kitchen opening onto 1 living and dining room. It has direct access to its private covered terrace and the swimming pool shared with the Holsteiner gîte. Our gîte, which has a separate entrance from the rest of the farmhouse, is unfortunately not accessible to the disabled. Pets are allowed on prior request.

Bookings are by the night, except during the summer period. In July and August, rentals are weekly, from Saturday to Saturday. All you have to do is put your luggage down, the beds are made on arrival and bed linen is included in the price. A small bottle of wine from a local producer will be waiting for you in the fridge to round off your arrival.
