Catherine and Eric welcome you to a gourmet bistro-style restaurant serving local products, just 10 min away from Tain l'Hermitage. All their dishes showcase local specialities and reflect their passion for the ingredients.
Just as the donkey would always choose carrots over miles, we strive to encourage short circuits and showcase the local land by only using local producers. Seasonal cuisine.

From 01/01 to 31/12/2026 on Monday and Sunday between 10 am and 2.30 pm. On Tuesday between 10 am and 2 pm. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday between 9.30 am and 2.30 pm and between 6 pm and 9.30 pm. Closed on Wednesday.
Closed exceptionally on January 1st and December 25th.

A delicious takeaway menu made with fresh, local produce!
Example of a picnic :
- a minestrone (thick soup made with vegetables, legumes and starches, hot or cold depending on the season)
OR
- a seasonal salad
- filleted trout with aïoli, crunchy vegetables and a slice of polenta with chestnut flour
- a fromage blanc in Bosc faisselle with Burlat cherry jam from the Doux Valley
- a bottle of sparkling mineral water and rosé wine
Public benches are available near the restaurant in a green setting.
