Troglos Roses près ZOO

A cosy, cocooning atmosphere in a charming traditional dwelling, nestling in the heart of a magnificent troglodyte environment, just 700 metres from Doué la Fontaine Zoo.
Enjoy the comforts of this charming place to live and the unique, atypical exterior, made up of a maze of underground caves dug into the falun. Each cellar is packed with unusual objects, like a cabinet of curiosities. Recognised as a Refuge L.P.O., here we protect nature, and relaxation is guaranteed.

The owners and their little dog Marquis live nearby and will be delighted to give you a personal welcome and show you around the property.
This newly refurbished gîte has a 20 m² living room with kitchen (fridge, 2 induction hobs, microwave and mini-oven), small flexible dining area and comfortable lounge with sofa, television, radio... The quality sofa bed can accommodate two extra people, on request (extra charge of €10 per night).
Also on the ground floor is the shower room, with shower, vanity unit and toilet.
On the mezzanine floor is a lovely, cosy bedroom with a comfortable 140 x 190cm bed, 2 club armchairs and a small reading area, plenty of storage space and board games.
There's also a lovely 30 m² private terrace sheltered by a covered area, with a view of the unique falun rock caves! The rest of the outdoor space is shared with the owners, in a spirit of conviviality.

For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and towels are provided.
Washing machine and tumble dryer in the owners' outbuilding (shared use).

Powerful electric recharging points 600 metres from us, and even recharging possible at your home with the cable provided.

We can pick you up if you come by bus on the 405 Angers SNCF/ Doué la Fontaine line and the 406 Cholet Doué la Fontaine/Saumur SNCF line, at the "Bioparc Zoo de Doué" stop, a 10-minute walk from Les Troglos Roses...
