Recipe idea: Mussels with cider, cream and bacon.
For 4 people, you'll need :
- 2.5kg bouchot mussels from La-Plaine-sur-Mer, of course!
- 300g bacon
- 3 chopped onions
- 65g butter
- 40cl crème fraîche
- 1/2 bottle of brut cider
- parsley, salt, pepper
Add the ingredients one by one to a large saucepan and cook for 10 minutes.
