Rembrandt in Mas d?Agenais !
The Mas d'Agenais, bordered by the Garonne canal, has an exceptional treasure in its Collegiate Church: the painting "Christ on the Cross" executed in the 17th century by the famous Dutch painter Rembrandt.
But how did this priceless painting end up in Mas d'Agenais? The association "Rembrandt au Mas" will try to tell you this story and that of the village with the support of our Raconteuse de Pays Chantal Beaucourt who offers guided tours : 06 21 97 26 67.
Opposite the Collegiate Church, you can discover the "Rembrandt" space which is a place of welcome and information.
