The grandson of a patissier, the son of a baker and a cook, he spent his entire youth immersed in crafts and gastronomy. This former second-in-command at La Croisette has worked his way up the ranks by carefully selecting restaurants offering home-made dishes. With his own dough made from a mixture of wheat flour, buckwheat and homemade tomato sauce, Alexis-Dimitri offers 14 different pizzas with cooked toppings.
