Description
Just 25 minutes south of Limoges and 45 minutes north of Brive, this large family home, completely restored in 2022, turns its back on a small hamlet where a farm is located. Very comfortable, it opens with a few steps onto a fully enclosed private lawn. Private heated swimming pool (8x4 m), open from April 15 to October 15, can be covered by a shelter. A hiking trail passes through the hamlet, and there are some 30 signposted paths in the Briance Sud Haute-Vienne region. A few km away: Cécile Sabourdy museum and gardens, Maison du Père Castor, small heritage and archaeological site.
