Fresh air and peace and quiet.... Our new rental property "La Madeleine" is ideally located in Noirmoutier, in the village of l'Herbaudière (on the north-west coast of the island), at the end of a private cul-de-sac, facing fields of Bonnottes (peace and quiet guaranteed!).

Everything has been designed to make your stay a success:
Its location: La Linière and Les Lutins beaches are 500 m from the house (200 m as the crow flies!), Luzéronde beach is 1 km away and the port is 600 m away.
All you have to do is park your car in one of the two parking spaces on the property, and you can be on foot or by bike in less than 5 minutes.
4 adult bicycles are available free of charge.

A large, fully-equipped kitchen: dishwasher, fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, Senséo coffee machine, plenty of cooking utensils, etc.
Living room with sofa and armchair, large 96cm flat-screen TV, books, board games, etc.
Master bedroom (11 m2) with 160 cm bed and new bedding

Its spacious upstairs dormitory (15 m2) with 4 beds: a double bed (140cm) and 2 pull-out single beds (90cm) and its adjoining toilet and water point.

A terrace with garden furniture and parasol, ideal for aperitifs and outdoor meals, and a barbecue.
