Old farmhouse renovated in 2022, located in a hamlet on a 2-hectare property, close to the owner's home and adjoining another gîte. This gîte sleeps 2 people. There is a living room with a lounge/kitchen, a sitting room, 1 bedroom (1 x 160cm bed), a shower room and a WC. Outside, you will find an enclosed garden, a private terrace (garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue) and a private spa. Private parking is available at the entrance to the gîte.
