Former barn renovated in 2021-2022. This gîte sleeps 10 with a 5-seater outdoor hot tub and boasts uninterrupted views over the Haut Bocage countryside. It is located in the centre of a hamlet of a few houses and close to the owners' poultry farm. Ground floor: living room/lounge/kitchen, utility room, 1 bedroom (1 x 140cm bed) with en-suite shower room and WC. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms (2 twin beds 90cm) (4 twin beds 90cm), a shower room and WC. A small lounge/living room/kitchen, a shower room, WC and a bedroom (1 double bed) with disabled access. There is a terrace (table and chairs, garden furniture, barbecue) with a 5-seater outdoor spa and a private enclosed garden. All-inclusive price (bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning and heating).
