Situated at the entrance of the small seaside resort Notre Dame de Monts, that new-built house, composed of a big American kitchen (lounge and sofa) and two double bedrooms, offers all the comfort needed to spend your holidays with family and friends.
You can safely park your car in the locked yard. Outside, on the terrace, you can find a garden lounge, a parasol and a barbecue.

You are just at 800 meters from Pont d’Yeu’s beach, well-known by the locals for its excellent fishing spots and its famous legend. You have access to the beach by crossing the forest via the road or via the many cycling paths.

Nature lovers? Be ready! Notre Dame de Monts is waiting for you: walks in the forest, trail, Nordic walk, cycling paths, canoe trips in the marshes, learning of water sports, or just laying on the beach. Which holiday will you choose?

About facilities, you will find the shops at less than one kilometer: not to mention the big market in the summer time.
The heart of the town is also the place where you will find circus shows, giant games, fanfares and so more!
