The restaurant Quatre Quart is part of the local cooperative of the same name, based in Court-Saint-Etienne. The cooperative consists of four parts: citizen and cultural workshops, a craft space, a bookshop and a restaurant/canteen.The restaurant is located in the former train station of Court-Saint-Etienne and is surrounded by the other parts in a friendly setting.The dishes on offer are cooked using seasonal, organic and local produce. Light dishes are also available outside of opening hours.
