LE PRAZ AND ITS CHAPEL

Description

This 15th century chapel was extended in 1670 and is built on the village square which was once home to a bread oven.
As the only village built on a berm, Le Praz was home to the most farms in the area. Now, its appeal mainly lies in the presence of a natural lake and beautiful spruce forest.
Don’t forget to take a detour along Rue des Beauforts which is still home to some traditional houses and a former Beaufort cheese maturing cellar.
