





With 30 years of experience as a caterer, chef Didier Lawarée has chosen to set up shop in the old forge in the village of Falaën. He will be accompanied in the kitchen by his son, Louis, who is also the great-grandson of Maurice Lekeux, the last blacksmith to have worked in this historic place. Together, they will help you rediscover a cuisine of taste and character made up of products from the land and rivers of our region.
