The ‘Vieille France’ menu revisits the great classics of traditional cuisine with, for example, the chef's Caesar salad, trout fillet with Grenoble sauce and market vegetable lasagne.

The gourmet menu offers a more sophisticated experience with creations such as foie gras terrine with Bouchage apples, roasted John Dory fillet and creamy risotto with seasonal vegetables.

The daily menu is prepared with fresh produce according to availability and each day.
