Beautiful 5-hectare garden with trees, right in the center of Clermont-Ferrand.
Work on this garden, begun in 1863 under the aegis of Henri Lecoq, professor of mineralogy and botany, was completed in 1909.
Today, the 5-hectare garden is a beautiful green space in the heart of the city, featuring a vast pond, a rose garden and sculpted groups. The gateway to the Château de Bien-Assis, the only vestige of Blaise Pascal's family home, stands on the axis of the footbridge.
Soft mobility: "Universités" tramway station and "Sablon Lafayette" and "Universités" bus stops near the park (bus lines B, C, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 27). c-vélo station cours Raymond Poincaré.
