Description
In the town of Maslacq, a little bearnaise village close to Orthez and on the route of the “Puy des Chemins de Compostelle”. Close to the church, this cottage is a typical bearnaise house with a root made of “picon” tiles, exposed beams, stones and pebble walls. It will provide an authentic holiday experiences! In summer you can enjoy a nap in the shade of the large trees in the fenced flower garden, follow that with game of petanque on the court at your disposal. In the evening, the covered terrace guarantees convivial moments around the barbecue while children will enjoy outdoors games. Staying at the Méziat cottage also means going for walks through the surrounding hillsides or along the banks of the Gave de Pau at the entrance of the village. Not far from Maslacq, visit Orthez with its chateau Moncade and the Pont Vieux.
