The Tour Galante is eight kilometres from Orthez in Sault-de-Navailles, on the road to Mont de Marsan. It has ‘Maître restaurateur’ (‘Master restaurateur’) status. This is awarded to restaurants meeting specific criteria: fresh produce, onsite cooking, quality service and stringent hygiene standards.
