Bed and breakfast in Niort in a unique setting, on the edge of the town, 7000 m2 on the banks of the Sèvre, at the gateway to the Marais Poitevin.
For 1 to 6 people. Three bedrooms on the first floor equipped with all comforts. The stay is private: only one rental at a time for more privacy, regardless of the number of rooms booked.
The house is located in the Surimeau district, on the itinerary of the Vélo Francette and the GR 36.
Other services: canoe available, access to swimming pool (not heated), sauna, outdoor games, board games, parking and private bicycle parking.
