OAT Island - LIAN Island

These are two small adjoining 29 m² studios, each with its own courtyard. They are ideal for a quiet holiday for two or four people (with children under 12).

Everything has been thought of to make you feel at home, in a quiet location at the crossroads, a short distance from everything and ideal for bike rides.

Each studio has its own private space, but they can also be rented at the same time to enjoy a holiday with friends while each one is at home, or to allow teenagers to be independent. In this case, plan well in advance if you wish to come during the school holidays.

They are both located in the immediate vicinity of La Maison les Mes 'Anges, each with its own parking space.

They have:
▪ a kitchenette (induction hob, fridge, microwave oven, coffee maker and small electrical appliances)
▪ a lounge area (with BZ convertible sofa with bultex mattress, coffee table, TV, DVD player)
▪ a bedroom area (with a double bed.)
▪ a shower room (with shower, washbasins, towel and hair dryer)
▪ a WC
▪ Outdoor courtyard (wooden terrace, bistro table, off-centre parasol).
We provide a cot and a booster seat for Baby.

Our little extras to make your holiday easier:
- Beds made up on arrival, bathroom linen (2 flannels, 1 towel, 1 bath sheet, per person) and household linen (2 tea towels, 2 hand towels) provided.
- We offer 2 bicycles at the following price: €15 per week per bicycle.
A cleaning package is available for €40
We ask for a deposit of €500 for the rental, which is returned to you five days after your stay.
Pets are not allowed

Practical information :
Studios are ready by 4 p.m. at the latest and must be vacated by 9 a.m. on the day of departure.
