Fernand Maillaud was a painter and artist of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. Originally from the Indre region, he was often drawn to the Creuse to paint his landscapes.
Fernand Maillaud bought a plot of land in Guéret, on which he built a house he nicknamed the Renabec. He set up a studio there, and was a regular summer visitor.
Fernand Maillaud's descendants open the doors of this fabulous house, in which everything was shaped by the artist or his family: a veritable treasure trove!
