Built in the 15th century on a rocky outcrop overlooking the village of Manderen, the castle today stands in impressive silhouette in the north of the Moselle, in the "Land of the Three Borders", near Schengen (Luxembourg), where the agreements governing the opening up of Europe were signed.
The artistic and cultural season of the castle runs from April to November. Within this framework, Malbrouck Castle hosts important historical and artistic exhibitions that attract a large European audience.
